Auction Terms and Conditions:   All items including the Real Estate will be offered in As-Is, Where-Is, condition at the time of the auction event.  All Interested Bidders / Buyers are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of any item or items including the real estate before bidding and winning the bid.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.   

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory Photo ID,  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to an additional 4% Buyer's Fee included to the final transaction total.  For payments made with Cash or Approved Check the 4% Buyer's Fee will be waived.
