EVERYTHING in this sale is spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition! Quality, like-new condition furniture, decorator items and collectibles!



****PLEASE NOTE**** Due to City of Phoenix regulations there will be NO SIGNS. Please write down or print out your directions ahead of time so you have no trouble finding us. It is a little twisty. PLEASE BE AWARE that Greenway is closed between 7th Ave and 19th Ave for construction, so you will want to enter the community either from the north on Bell or from 7th Ave north of Greenway.


****ATTENTION**** There is a pool in the backyard of this property. Use caution at all times. Please keep children IN HAND at all times. No children will be allowed in the back yard.
