Auction Terms & Conditions:  All Items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is Condition.  All Bidders are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of any item before bidding and buying.  Once the item or items are declared sold by the auctioneer that item or items become the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the Auction Company nor the Seller will be responsible for any Lost, Misplaced, Damaged or Stolen Items.  All Sales are Final, All Items Must Be Paid For On Auction Day. 

Payment Terms & Conditions:  We Accept Cash, or Check with approved and satisfactory Photo ID,  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a Form of Payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will include a 4% Buyers Fee added to the buyers final total.   All payments made with Cash or Approved Check, the buyers fee will be waived on personal property items only. 

Directions:  From Interstate 40 in Van Buren, Ar. Go South on Highway 59 to Pointer Trail, Turn East on Pointer Trail and follow to 16th. Street.  Turn North on 16th. street after crossing the overpass turn left onto Breckenridge Dr. follow to Taos Dr.  Turn South on Taos Dr. and follow to the auction location.
