TITLE TRANSFER: We are a licensed MN Auto Dealer and complete all IN-STATE title transfers. Expedited Titles are now available again for $20. Tabs / plates are mailed out within 3 weeks of vehicle purchase. Out of State Buyers complete their own title transfer, temporary permits are issued, and $59 doc fee is only applicable fee.
