All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637).

Lots close at 15 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots)

Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment MUST be paid within 48 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone.

Pick Up Terms: All items need to be picked up Friday and Saturday 10-4. Closed Sunday. Prescheduled appointments only for later pickup on Monday or Tuesday.

Mailing: Yes, we can mail most items and cost is generally low so please feel free to ask for costs. We are not set up for shipping larger items (nothing over 24"). If you need shipping, you must pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you special invoice with shipping charges. There is a $5 handling charge plus shipping cost.

This is a great auction with a small estate from the Mills family of Washougal along with some great items from local collectors and consignors. We even have some items from a 98 and 95 year old couple moving to Florida who found it too expensive to move their furniture. Hundreds of salt & pepper shakers from Mother's collection (all vintage), some great antiques and collectibles, more sports cards and memorabilia, of course more coins and stamps as well as our weird and wonderful items as usual.
