We are honored again to be chosen to perform an estate sale for an amazing couple. This sale will not disappoint you. Included in the sale will be a very large collection of sterling silver jewelry and precious stones (new), incredible amount of brand new crafting items (in the 1000's) original artwork and lithographs, leather furnishings, 100's of medical books, collector pieces from all over the world, figurines, collectibles, tools, designer clothing and linens & a beautiful 1995 2 door coupe Corvette only 92,000miles. This is a gated community.  The guard at the gate and the community will not allow entry before 8am so please do not come earlier.  There is very limited parking inside and this community is strict on parking, so it is best to park outside the gate on the street and walk up to the gate.  The home is not far from the gate and well worth the short walk.  We will have directions the guard will give to you once you get to the gate. 

Once you purchase items we can hold for you while you go to pick up your car and pick up your items back at the home.  Do not worry as we will have people watching your items as you retrieve your car.
