Public Auction by Have Gavel Will Travel. 

On Sunday October 6, 2019 Have Gavel Will Travel will be conducting an estate liquidation auction at 329 Wolff Lane, Ellisville, M0 63011.  Preview is at 10 and auction starts at 11 am.  This house is chock full of treasures so be ready to buy.

The truck runs fine, but has a slight transmission seal leak that will need to be addressed.  We have a clean title, but payment on truck is CASH only.

·       There is no buyer’s premium in the live auction.  All forms of absentee bidding have a 10% Buyers premium.  To leave an absentee bid please email with item, maximum bid and good contact info.  We reserve the right to ignore any bid.

·       Bidder registration requires a valid, state, photo identification card.

·       All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees!

·       Every item is described to the best of our abilities but is opinion and not to be taken as fact.

·       Terms of payment include CASH or Credit/Debit, there is a 4% convenience fee to use plastic.  Due to the rash of bad checks, We are no longer able to accept checks from New Bidders. 

·       Have Gavel Will Travel is not responsible for accidents.
