If you are coming to the sale, Please read!! Just a few sale reminders. 1. Have fun, This is a great sale and you will have fun looking through everything but please remember to be respectful of other shoppers and of the sellers home. 2. Bring bags or baskets to shop with, your hands will fill up fast! 3. We accept Cash and Credit Cards. 4. Staff will be very busy monitoring the sale so please bring help for moving items you purchase. All items need to be moved before the end of the sale, Friday @ 2:00 pm. 5. The sale starts at 9:00, am, no one will be entering/shopping prior to that. 6. All sales are final, make sure you love it before you buy it. 7. New Seasons Estate Sale LLC or the seller is not responsible for accidents. So please be careful! 8. Street parking will be available 9. There are stairs in the house. it is not handicap accessible. 10..Again, HAVE FUN!!!

This sale will be unique for us, we will not be marking the majority of the items, you can make a pile and we will give you a great deal. Examples of items marked lawnmowers and cast iron stove & outdoor furniture.. When we took pictures we found vintage bakeware & glassware like Corelle & fire king, a large variety of toys and games, lots of tools, a Char-Griller, outdoor furniture, books, collectibles and more! Each room is filled with packed boxes(many which we will spread out the day before)We do not know what all to expect, except there is a lot and you are sure to find something! We will not be doing set up until the day before so we will post lots of pictures that day. |
