Pick-Up Instructions

Email Stokita@CaringTransitions.net or call 808-203-0422 to schedule a pick up time. Pick up is Tuesday April 15th, 10am-4pm  Hawaii Time. When the auction ends auction winners will receive an invoice with pick-up information from Caring Transitions. The invoice will provide the exact address. You will be asked to give us the time you will be arriving for pick up.


If you are unable to make the scheduled day of pick up you may be charged a $25.00 transport fee and $1.00 per day storage for items won on auction but not picked up on time.

Requirements for Payment & Pick-Up

Communicate with us. All we want to know is that you intend to pay for the item(s) you won. Please read all of the following:

You must pay for auctioned property before Pick-Up (Paypal, credit/debit card thru Paypal is available). Exceptions to this rule will be made under the following conditions: 1) if you have a consistent history of buying and paying at pick-up, or, 2) if you have contacted us via telephone (808-203-0422), or via email (stokita@caringtransitions.net) before pick-up to inform us that you intend to pay at pick-up. If you are new and intend to pay at pick-up, contact us!

If you have not made payment by the time of Pick-Up, and you fail to show for the scheduled pick up time you forfeit any claim to the property. Forfeited property may be sold to another buyer. Exceptions to this rule will be made under the following conditions: if the customer has contacted us via telephone (not email) before Pick-Up to inform us that the Customer is not able to come for scheduled Pick-Up, and if the Customer makes arrangements for payment that are approved by us.

Property that has been paid for yet has not been Picked-Up by the end of the Pick-Up day will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund. Exceptions to this rule will be made under the following conditions: if the Customer has contacted us via telephone or email before the end of Pick-Up day to inform us that the Customer can’t come for scheduled Pick-Up, or if the Customer has an acceptable and on-going agreement with us to pick-up their items at a later time.

Customers failing to pick up their items on the scheduled day of pick up will be charged a $25.00 handling and $1.00 per day storage fee for property transported from its original location to our storage location. Paid-for property transported to storage by us will be forfeited and subject to being resold if not picked up within 7 days.
