By bidding on an item(s) you understand that you are entering into a legal contract with Alamo Auctioneers to pay for the item(s) you are bidding on. Once you win that item(s) you own it. Alamo Auctioneers offers no warranties nor do we offer any guarantee on any item(s). All item(s) are sold "AS IS - WHERE IS". Full payment is due by the end of the auction. Payment can be made by cash, personal/business check (only with bank letter of guarantee with statement of limits) or Credit Card in USD. A 15% buyer's premium on general merchandise will be added as well as sales-tax of 8.25% unless you have a valid tax use/resale certificate number. Vehicles have a 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount for cash vehicle purchases at live auction. All online bidders pay a 15% buyers premium on all purchases. All removal of item(s) is at the complete risk and expense of the buyer, for online bidders, we do not ship, you will need to make your own pick up arrangements. Last day for Pick up is Tuesday after the auction, at which point the items left on property without arrangements will be forfeited and considered abandoned. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
