If a bid on any item is received within three minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for three minutes. Each time there is bidding activity within the last three minutes of the item close bidding will continue to extend three minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last three minutes of the current close time. All assets are being sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition and with all faults. Neither the Seller nor Auctioneer makes any warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset. Auctioneer and Seller expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any description or listing, and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneer with respect to such errors. Shipping and Removal - Items may be picked up in person as outlined in the Auction Description. USPS / UPS / FedEx Shipping is available at our cost plus 10% Handling ($5 Min/$20 Max Handling Fee). There will also be an additional 1% ($1 Minimum) added to cover shipping insurance. We will be happy to assist with arranging freight at buyer's expense for items too large, heavy, dangerous and/or fragile for regular package delivery service. Additional handling and/or material charges will apply. Shipping is calculated and charged separately and after your invoice for items, fees and taxes has been paid in full. Should damage occur during shipping you will need to contact the shipper to make a claim. If you are unable to pick up your items during removal times and by the removal deadline, and do not make arrangements for shipping, a storage fee of $10 per day will be charged starting with the day after the removal deadline. You may avoid storage fees by paying for your items by the payment deadline, and notifying us by the removal deadline that you wish to abandon your items. Abandoned items will be disposed of or resold at our discretion without compensation to the buyer.
