All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything.
Lots close at 15 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) Payment: NOTE: For this auction you MUST pay within 24 hours of the auction ending or items won will be sold to next highest buyer or another bidder. PLEASE contact Al if you're going to pay on Saturday when Picking Up. Pick Up Terms: Friday, Saturday ONLY and in Hillsboro. Mailing: Yes, we can mail most items and cost is generally low so please feel free to ask for costs. We are not set up for shipping larger items. If you need shipping, you must pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you special invoice with shipping charges. There is a $5 handling charge plus shipping cost. |

Many of our buyers are like this gentleman. Sells on eBay, locally online and has a retail store. And the warehouse is probably 6 times the size of our place. But it got bigger than he wanted so he's going to the coast to run his retail shop and needs to close this warehouse by the end of the month. And we're going to auction it in place! That means you'll have to pick it up in Hillsboro and there will only be 2 days for pickup so NO LATE PICKUPS or Vancouver pickups.
