Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

Preview Dates/Times:
Property will be available for inspection on Friday August 16 and Tuesday August 20 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm each day. Property located at 2281 E. Colorado Blvd., at I-90 Exit 14, Spearfish SD.

Auction Dates/Times:
Online bidding opens Friday, August 16, 2019. Bidding will begin to close on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 2:30 PM MDT. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 3 lots per minute until all items have sold (approximately 1.5 hours). Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 2:00 PM.

---PAYMENT---
We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments.

Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.

Vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. 10 day holding period waved for cash payment made in person during scheduled settlement.

South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. Except for titled vehicles.

If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.75% credit card transaction fee, and handling/storage fees incurred by Bradeen Auctions.

---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION---
Premises will be open the following time/date for settlement: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Thursday August 22, 2109. Your credit card will be charged if you have not settled your account by 4:00 pm Thursday August 22.

Premises will be open the following times /dates for removal: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Thursday August 22 & Saturday August 24, 2109 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

Buyers of coolers and larger kitchen equipment, bars , back bar, will have until Friday, August 30, 2019 at 5:00 PM to remove all items from the premises. Please do not bid if you are unable or unwilling to meet these requirements and removal deadline. Ownership will revert back to Seller if not removed by deadline noted.

Bring sufficient tools, equipment, and personnel to remove your purchases as loading assistance will not be available. Any/all plumbing or electrical or gas connections will be left in a safe and satisfactory manner. Buyer will be responsible for any damage done to the premise by agent or employee while removing equipment.

As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items.

Buyer will be responsible for removal of equipment from premises. Buyer agrees to hire qualified, insured, HVAC professionals to disconnect and remove this lot. Buyer agrees no outside roof vent or jack will be removed (taken) from the premise and that a satisfactory water-tight cap or cover will be professionally installed to properly seal any holes. Any/all plumbing or electrical or gas connections will be left in a safe and satisfactory manner. Buyer will be responsible for any damage done to the premise by agent or employee while removing equipment. These 2 lots must be removed no later than Friday, September 6, 2019 by 5:00 PM. Please do not bid if you are unable or unwilling to meet these requirements and removal deadline. Ownership will revert back to Seller if not removed by deadline noted.
