This week’s sale is a few miles out of our “normal” stomping grounds. But, worth the drive. It’s right outside of Brazoria County, just inside the Ft. Bend County line. The home is beautiful, the drive is not bad at all. Come on, y’all think nothing of hopping in the car, and driving to Pearland, or Alvin, or…….Houston. This is closer than that. The subdivision is lovely, be careful, the deer are everywhere, and aren’t afraid of cars.
The address is 18002 River Oaks Road, East of Damon, off FM 1462. Traveling from the Lake Jackson/Angleton area, take a left onto 1462, at the light in Rosharon. Cross the Brazos,(like you’re going towards Brazos Bend Park, but it’s not that far), take a right onto Jungman Road, at the caution light. If you’re coming from Sweeny/West Columbia, you’ll turn right in Damon, onto 1462, (go past the caution light going towards Brazos Bend, or the George Ranch), and you’ll turn left, at the next caution light, onto Jungman Road. If you want to come past Columbia Lakes, off Hwy 35, that’s County Road 25, it’s a beautiful drive, and ends at the caution light, across from Jungman Road. You’ll take the first right onto Pecan Bend Road, from Jungman. Stay on Pecan Bend, then, take a left onto Oak Forest Road. Stay on Oak Forest, until it dead ends at River Oaks Road. Turn left. 18002 is on your left, it’ll be hard to miss, there are large concrete lions, lounging on the gate pillars. The driveway is a big circle drive. The homeowner would really not like his lawn squished or messed up, so you might want to park up on the road, and walk in to the sale.
The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00a.m., on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the first names in, around 8:45.
There will be NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREA, PLEASE.
No large purses, bags, back packs, carriers, strollers, etc., allowed in the sale area.
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules. If you purchase large/bulky items, you need to make arrangements to have your items moved. We can provide the name/number of an excellent mover.
We DO charge sales tax. We are not a garage sale.
We accept credit cards,(financing available, with credit approval), and cash.
