Once again, we've been honored to help an amazing and loving family with the Estate of their parents.

This family is well known in the Joshua area for an amazing collection of antiques and collectibles.

My first meeting with my clients had me speechless (almost) with happiness. The entire home is packed full with surprises in every corner and on every wall.

Each home or auction always has an item or two I take a personal liking to; however this home has me reeling!

NOTE: The property is not vacant nor is it for sale. Please be courteous and do not go to the house before the sale begins. Parking will be designated on the side entry areas. Do not block or park in main drive.

NOTE: We will be placing a sign-up sheet outside the front entry door, early morning of the sale. If you arrive before the sale begins, please sign your name in numerical order. This allows you to relax in your vehicle or leave and come back 10 minutes before the sale opens and still have a place in line.

Address will be released the day before the sale.

We are unable to answer questions regarding pricing or availability except on reserve or pre-sell items.

NOTE: So there are no surprises, we have a few rules we have arranged with our clients. These are for the protection of our client and our business.

 No children allowed under the age of 16 (We love all ages, however the risk of injury is great when children attend).

SECURITY always at our sales.

Do not block other driveways and mail boxes.

No outside bags or purses allowed in.  We have 25 shopping baskets for you to use.

Sorry, we can't help you load. Please bring your own Hercules. (While we do try and help load at times, please do not count on it as we do not always have the young backs to help us!)

Bring your own resale form. We do not provide them.

Packing is always limited, be prepared and bring some extra. We always appreciate your left over bags and packing materials too.

We always have the right to  limit the number of people in to 25 or less at a time. Thank you for understanding.

No Mean people allowed. 

Not that anyone one would, but stealing or changing tags will result in punishment.
