REAL ESTATE DESCRPTION:  Oak Lake Golf Course has a total acreage of 113 acres± and is made up of 3 tax parcels.  The entire tract is divided by Oaklake Road and will be offered in individual parcels and as an entirety. Lot #1 is one tax parcel totaling58 acres and includes the existing buildings – Club House and Restaurant, Maintenance shop - office and a 30’ x70’ pole building the buildings. This parcel is zonedAgricultural/Residential.  Lot #2 is made up of two (2) tax parcels totaling 55 acres and is zoned Agricultural/Residential and Industrial. Lot #3 immediately after offering Lot #1 and Lot #2 the entire 113 acres will be offered as the entirety.

Gas and Mineral Rights are not being transferred in this sale.
