All registering bidders agree for Walt Cade Auctions or it's subsdaries to use phone numbers and emails for future notifications of auctions, via phone robot call or email campaigns.

1. Buyer's premium on this auction. is stated in the Buyer's Premium section All vehicles and titled property must be paid for with a cashiers check.

2. All items are offered for sale as is, where is and no special warranty or guarantee is made or implied as to condition, authenticity or era of any described item. All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder and the bidders must establish to their own satisfaction the authenticity and condition before bidding. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions, NO CHARGE BACKS

3. Auction sales are strictly for credit card on file at end of sale. All sales are final at the close of the auction.

4. BIDDING ONLINE ONLY. We accept only bidding online. If you do not have access to a computer but wish to bid the auction company will create an account for you and bid on your behalf .

5. All items purchased by the successful bidder must be paid for on THURSDAY after the day of sale. Items purchased must be removed on the day of purchase unless other arrangements have been made.

6. The highest bidder will prevail. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith. Should any disputes arise between bidders the decision of the Auctioneer in the exercise of judgement as to the successful bidder will be final.

6a. We use the staggered close method. What this means is if a bidder bids within 10 minutes of closing on that lot, bidding will be extended 5 minutes, for that lot. This would continue as long as there is bidding on that item.

7. All items offered for sale in this auction will be offered for sale by auction only and there are no presales.

8. The Auctioneer or Auction House assumes no responsibility for errors in the catalog, advertising or on the part of the bidder.

9. Texas Sales Tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax. All Dealers must provide a valid resale number upon registration and fill out a Texas Resale Card prior to bidding for Tax Exempt Status. If you have a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate please go to http://waltcadeauctions.com/salestax.htm and give us your information, otherwise our system will charge you sales tax.

10. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own merchandise or have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all lots consigned by the offender and will publicly recognize that consignor.

13. Payment Info Payment Types accepted: Auto pay at end of sale with credit card on file. There is a $35 service fee that will be assessed for any credit card that is declined for a purchase.

14. Unless otherwise stated, Shipping/Pickup will be limited to "assist" only. We will not package or ship, however, we will accomodate you in shipping arrangements. Any item not picked up within the required pickup time fame will incure a $10 per day storage charge. Any item not picked up within the time fame will incure a $10 per day storage charge, per lot.

Shipping arrangements, if any, must be made prior to auction close, otherwise in person pickup is assumed. Any shipping will be the full responsibilty of the buyer. We will assist your shipper..

When we do ship: Any and all shipping must be prepaid by the bidder amnd also include insurance with Walt Cade Auctions as the payee with full coverage for the value and paid for by the bidder.

15. On-Line Auctions
Online auctions use a "Dynamic" ending process. If a bid is received in the last few minutes before the scheduled closing of an item, the timer on that item will extend, and will continue to extend each time a bid is received. Once bidding stops, and time runs out, that item will be eligible to close.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of all items. Auctioneer may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Auctioneer be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. Auctioneer does not guarantee any appraisals, gradings or certifications. IAny questions about the merchandise, ASK THEM BEFORE BIDDING. Bidders shall be the sole judges of value.
By placing a bid, Bidder acknowledges that he has inspected the items to his/her satisfaction or chooses to not examine them at his or her sole risk. Even though an item may display as "sold" on the internet, no sales are final until they are certified by the Auctioneer and the bidder receives an invoice. Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel any or all sales and resell the items in whatever manner he or she chooses.
Bidding increments are automatically adjusted based on the chart provided for each auction, and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Schur Success.
Bids cannot and will not be removed or altered, unless in the opinion of the auctioneer, the bidder can establish that the bid was an obvious typographical error.

16. THE ACCEPTANCE OF HIGH BID BY THE AUCTIONEER CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE BUYER AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE UNDER TEXAS STATE LAW.
