Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Condition.  All bidders are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding / buying.  Once the item or items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any Lost, Damaged, Misplaced, or Stolen Items. All Sales are Final and All Purchases Must be Paid for by the winning bidder the day of auction.

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash, or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID,  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  There will be a 4% buyers fee added to the final total with the use of Credit or Debit Cards.  However, payments made with Cash or Approved Check, the 4% buyers fee will be waived on Personal Property Item Purchases Only.
