Well, we’ve been setting up a doozy of a sale for the past couple of weeks, it’s going to be worth your time, to come shop !!! We’ve never had a sale quite like this one is going to be. Please note this is a three day sale !!! The sale will be held at 123 Catalpa, in Lake Jackson. Catalpa is in Flagridge Estates, near the Bucee's on 332. Please remember to park going the direction of traffic, DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS !!! Please leave room for the garbage scow to get through, Friday is trash day on this street. Be nice to your fellow shoppers, leave your cranky pants at home.
Sale dates and times are as follow……Friday and Saturday, July 12-13, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. SUNDAY, July 14th, sale hours will be 11:00a.m.-3:00p.m.
The sign-up sheet will go out onto the porch, around 8:00, Friday morning. Around 8:45, we’ll begin calling names from the top of the list. Please don’t crowd or shove, there are a LOT of breakables in this home.
Large or bulky items will be sporting two-part tags. If you want to buy an item, take the BOTTOM, of the tag, and hang on to it, until you check out. If you change your mind, please find an EL worker,(we’re actually wearing shirts that identify us), and give them the tag, so it can be reattached.
ESTATE LIQUIDATORS DOES NOT PROVIDE LOADERS, HAULERS, NOR PACK MULES. You need to find your own way, to move your purchases. We can give you the name/number of a very good local mover.
THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS, PLEASE.
No large purses, back packs, carriers, etc. will be allowed in, or they could be subject to search.
Please leave your jewelry items with the attendant, they will bag your items, and put your name on them, so you can pick them up when you’re ready to check out.
We have a table for you to use, to wrap your purchases, and packing materials. You will be responsible for any damages to your items.
We accept cash, approved Brazoria County checks, and credit cards. We also offer the opportunity for you to use Square Financing, for your purchases, with approval. Ask us how !
