PAYMENT DETAILS

Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase.
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the invoice.
Payment is due with in 24 hrs of auction ending. You will receive an invoice and can pay using PayPal. We do not accept cash or checks on pickup day. If payment is not received with in 24 hrs of auction ending your item will be awarded to the next highest bidder.

SHIPPING DETAILS
Local pick up:
Local Pick up for this auction will be Saturday, July 20th between the hours of 9am-12pm in Lexington, NC. Physical address will be displayed on winning bidder's invoice. You will need to bring your own packing materials, boxes, and muscles to load and haul large items. Pick up must be made on this day unless other prior arrangements have been made. Otherwise, your items will be considered abandoned and NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Shipping:
Shipping available at the buyer's expense. To request shipping and delivery please email jbilyeu@caringtransitions.com immediately after receiving and paying your invoice. Please use "shipping" or "delivery" in the subject of the email. Once we receive your email, you will receive a second invoice for shipping and handling charges. Sometimes shipping charges can exceed the price of an item so bid accordingly, particularly when an item is heavy or large. We do not ship furniture. If your item is delicate, or exceeds the value of $100 dollars we will include shipping insurance on your shipping invoice. We are not responsible for, nor will we issue a refund for items broken or damaged in shipping. We will package your item well and/or use professional packing services for specialty items. We do not provide shipping estimates in advance and the cost of shipping is determined after an item is packed and boxed. If you do not pay your shipping invoice with in 7 days of being invoiced your items will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. No REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED!
