Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

Preview Dates/Times:
Property will be available for inspection on Wednesday, July 3, and Monday, July 8, 2019 from 10am to 12 Noon each day. Property at (2) locations. (First Location lots 1-6) Custer City Maintenance Lot on the corner of Washington & S 3rd St. Custer SD . (Second Location lots 7 and up) Custer Co. Highway shop, 2 miles south of Custer on Hwy. 385. (25365 US Hwy 385, Custer, SD).

Auction Dates/Times:
Online bidding opens Wednesday, July 3, 2019. Bidding will begin to close on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 12:00 Noon MDT. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 1 lot per minute until all items have sold (approximately 20 minutes). Any bidding on a lot within the final 2 minutes will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional 2 minutes until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 11:30 AM.

---PAYMENT---
We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee.

All vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. 10 day holding period waved for cash payment, wire transfer, or certified funds.

South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. Except for titled vehicles.

A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation.

---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION---
Settlement arrangements to be made immediately following the auction. Wire transfer information available upon request. Reply by email (auctions@bradeenauction.com) or call 605-381-3060. Removed within 48 hours from the close of bidding at buyers risk & expense. Loading assistance will not be available.

No Shipping Services Offered.

As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items within 48 hours from the close of bidding. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items.

All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property.

*ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than 48 from the close of bidding unless short term storage arrangements have been made. Storage and handling fees may apply. If the buyer has not taken possession of all items by this time the property will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to the seller. At the discretion of Bradeen Auctions, any bidders who fail to pay in full (including additional fees), or who abandon any items may have their bidding privileges revoked.
