PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 6:00 PM Sunday,
July 14, 2019. The close will be staggered (1 Lot every 1 minute). In addition
there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed
within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes.
This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.

PAYMENT TERMS: Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders (Payable to Oberfoell Auctions), Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00, and Wire Transfer. (Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, Oberfoell Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.)
THERE IS A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM FEE ADDED TO EACH LOT ON THE INVOICE AND MN SALES TAX WHERE APPLICABLE. (Bring Tax Exemption Certificate for Resale Companies)
