A 10% buyer's premium applies to all internet sales using Auction Flex (not the webform) and a 4% processing fee on your credit card on file. Buyer Pays actual Shipping. Insurance and handling costs. We Will Not Ship Without Insurance. We are not responsible for any broken items during shipping. We will assist with pertinent forms if item is recieved damaged. Burns Auction will not be resonsible for any shipments once it leaves the United States. We cannot provide tracking for certain countries. We offer shipping as a convenience to winning bidders, Burns Auction Service will package your items for a for a HANDLING fee. Please remember. We only charge actual USPS and FedEx Shipping Charges plus Handling fee as described above. Shipping charges are based on WEIGHT of items in box. Also, all shipments are from Florida. PLEASE REMEMBER!!! We only calculate what USPS charges plus handling fees. USPS has raised their rates as of January. Please understand we are shipping from our base in Florida. If you are concerned about shipping costs, please calculate before you bid. We have our own in house shipping and DO NOT SEND OUT.

Preferred shipping providers are USPS and FedEx Ground. Winning bidders are required to purchase shipping insurance on all packages and they will be shipped with tracking number. Burns Auction Service WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for loss or damages caused by shipping or packaging. There will be no returns or refunds.

If any damage is found on any item during live online bidding, said item will be passed an unavailable for purchase. In case of tie bid between live participants and online bidder, live participants will retain precedence.

Burns Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or failures to execute bids placed via Internet Platforms including without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection to the internet or to any hosted software platforms; (ii) a breakdown or technical problem with any of the hosted software platforms; (iii) a breakdown or problem with a client's internet connection, mobile network or computer; (iv) the failure to relay the bids placed for any reason without limitation due to the hectic nature of the live auction event. Burns Auction Service is not responsible for any failure to execute any online bids or for any errors or omissions in connection therewith.

Your check must be recieved within ten days of auctions end, or your credit card will be charged for your purchases. We will not ship your items until postage is also received.
