The Estate Depot is selling off all it's inventory stored in College Street warehouse. We are moving the operation to Ozark and we prefer not to move this inventory.
NO RESERVES! ! ! Rain or shine ! !
The Estate Depot has a 4,000 Square foot building full of inventory. This is the first of at least 2 auctions. There is so much to auction it will take 2 (possibly 3) auctions to get through all of it. For those of you that have been to our other auction in Ozark please note this will be a little different. It will be a stand up auction. You can bring a stool to sit on if you choose. Also, we will have refreshments and light snacks on site but no heavy meals. We will start bidding at 8:30 AM and end when you all want to!
About half of the fixtures and shelving will sell at the last auction as well.
Dealers....save your money and come prepared to haul. Bring boxes. We're blowing it all out and now is your chance to stock up!
