If you are caught pulling or replacing tags you WILL leave the premises and be banned from future sales. All sales are final. We accept and prefer cash, but also accept debit and credit cards. ID and signature is required on credit card charges. A security system is in use and pilfering at any level will not be tolerated. Buyers must bring own help to move purchases. All purchases must be picked up by the conclusion of the sale on the last day. . Bidders: Bids will be accepted on items tagged $50 or more. All bids must be at least 50% of the tagged price. If you bid you are legally contracting to purchase the item should your bid win. If your bid does win, your item must be purchases within the first hour of the sale on the last day. For example, pick up will be between 1pm-2pm if the sale opens at 1pm on Sunday. Winning bidders will be notified Saturday evening. Please follow us on WashandWares.com.
