This week’s sale is just…..wow. The beautiful home is filled to beyond full, of gorgeous items. 

Antiques, cast iron and aluminum, garden decor, tools, it’s an incredible mix !
 
The sale will be at 305 Huckleberry, in Lake Jackson. Friday, May 31st, 9:00a.m-2:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 1st, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., and Sunday, June 2nd, 11:00a.m.-3:00p.m.
 
Parking will be VERY tight on this street !!!! Do NOT block driveways, fire hydrants, 
nor the street. I’m pretty sure the Lake Jackson constabulary has some pretty sharp 
pencils, and they know how to use them……just sayin’.  Don’t park up on the curbs, 
and definitely not in the grass !!!
 
The sign-up sheet will go out around 7:45, on Friday morning, and we’ll start calling 
the first names in around 8:45. All entry will be through the front door.
 
There are a LOT of stairs,(house and garage), and multiple step-up/step-down areas 
in the home and garage. 
 
IF YOU AREN’T ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS SAFELY, THEN DON’T !!!!
 
Large or bulky items will be sporting large, two-part tags. If you would like an item 
wearing one of these items, take the BOTTOM PART, (that’s the part on the bottom 
of the tag, folks),and present it to the cashiers, at check-out. If you change your 
mind, please find an EL worker,(wearing the spiffy shirts that have Estate Liquidators 
printed on them), and give the tag to them, so they can reattach it to the item. 
 
ESTATE LIQUIDATORS DOES NOT PROVIDE HAULERS, LOADERS, NOR PACK 
MULES FOR YOUR LARGE ITEMS.
 If you insist on asking them to help, please be prepared to pay them at least $20 cash, 
and they will NOT be responsible for any damages, real, or alleged, that may 
occur to your items. We can recommend an awesome local mover, if you’d like. 
 
We DO charge sales tax, if we don’t have a current copy of your sales tax certificate 
on file with us, you’ll pay sales tax. Pretty simple, eh ?  We also take credit cards, 
and for large purchases, Square Financing could be available.
 
There will be NO small children allowed in the sale areas, during the sale. Period.
