* House Needs to be empty on or before the 10th day by 5:00 pm after payment is recieved.

* All personal property items will be removed from the property with the exception of those placed IN the Dumpster. ONLY landfill approved items may be placed in the dumpster.


* Buyer will be given use of ONE DUMPSTER provided by the estate for unwanted items. ONLY items that are allowed at the landfill may be placed in dumpster. NO Chemicals, Appliances, tires, paints ect. (any items in home not wanted by buyer and not allowed in landfil may be left in house)

* Buyer will be given full access and full responsibility for the home during the 10 day removal period.




Hessney Auction Co. provides ample opportunity for buyers to thoroughly inspect goods to be sold. All purchases should be made on the buyer's own recognizance. All persons bidding in absentee who have not physically inspected the goods prior to the sale are also subject to these terms. All lots are sold "As is".
