Cash preferred but credit cards accepted for purchases over $50. No checks. On purchases with a discount greater than 50% off , we can only accept cash.
Please note that we try to answer emails and texts, but usually on sale day it is very busy so we are not always quick with a reply.
All items sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied. All sales final, no refunds or exchanges so please check everything carefully before you pay for it.

You will need to bring your own help for moving furniture or other heavy objects.

ALL jewelry and coins will be removed at the end of each day. We are full price the first day of sale.

We are required to collect Sales Tax. Resellers, please bring us your PRE Filled out Tax Forms.

Remember that sometimes the family removes items from a sale at the last minute. We try to prevent this, but it happens.

Please park responsibly and do not block drives, roadways, or mailboxes.

As a matter of policy, we do not discuss pricing over the phone or via email, unless you're observant and notice a price tag in a photo. Sometimes these prices may change before the opening because we are still reviewing. Please come directly to the sale because we like to see you.
