Auction Terms & Conditions:  All items will be sold in As-is, Where-is, Condition. All bidders are responsible for making a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in.  Once the item is declared sold by the auctioneer, that item or items become th sole responsibility of the winning bidder. Neither the Auction Company nor the Sellers will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen items. All sales are final.  Any and all announcements made the day of auction will supersede any previous print advertisement, website or social media postings.  This is only a partial listing.  There will be many more items to numerous too mention. 

Payment Terms: We Accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo Id, We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment, however there will be a 4% Buyers Fee included with the use of Credit or Debit Cards. Payments made with Cash or Approved Chek will not be Charged the 4% Buyers Fee on Personal Property Purchases. 

Restrooms and Concessions Will Be Available Day of Auction. 

Directions:  From the intersection of Hwy 59 and Cherokee in Sallisaw, Ok.  Turn North on Hwy 59 go approximetely One Mile to West Taylor Drive.  Go West on Taylor Drive approximetely 1/4 mile to the Auction Location.   Auction Signs Will Be Posted.
