Items must be picked up by last day of sale, no later than 2:30pm. State Sales tax charge is required. ** FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES SALES STAFF IS NOT AVAILABLE TO LIFT HEAVY ITEMS. BE SURE TO BRING MUSCLE AND TOOLS. ( We no longer loan out tools) WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND A REASONABLE MOVING COMPANY TO ASSIST YOU. You can RESERVE ITEMS with a DEPOSIT. Call us and tell us the picture number, THEN we tell you the condition of ITEM (S) and PRICE. This will hold the item till 10am the FIRST DAY OF THE SALE or the following morning by 10am, OTHERWISE YOU WILL FORFIET YOUR DEPOSIT. We understand that things happen, but a courtesy call wIll keep you from losing deposit. The 3.5 % service charge does not go toward balance or refund on reserve items. We strive in treating our customers with personal outstanding customer service. |

This community does not Allow Sales. Please do not mention it to them when entering the GATE, they will stop the sale for everyone.
