All items must be picked up by April 31th at 5:30 to avoid late fees or possibly forfeit of items. Items not picked up by the deadline will be subject to a $2 late/storage fee per day.
15% Buyers Premium on card & currency pay purchases, 5% discount on cash and check purchases - and Sales Tax will be applied to all items.
Buyer is solely responsible for the disassembly, loading, and transport of all items. For liability reasons, Becker Auction staff cannot assist. Please bring assistance or tools if needed. Becker Auction does have 2 wheel carts on hand you are welcome to use. If you have special needs please let us know. We will do our best to assist with smaller items. Any large items you will have to bring help.
