A FEW RULES TO MAKE US ALL HAPPY:

No children under 12-for the safety of all.

We charge sales tax, bring your pre-printed form to leave with us if you are tax exempt.

No phone calls on pricing and availability on items unless noted as pre-sell. We are super swamped and do not want to ignore your requests, just limited time.

No Mean People! Be Happy and Have Fun!

No Restrooms on site!!!! Remember what your Mom said, "Did you go before we left the house?"

MUST LOAD ITEMS YOURSELF! Please bring your own Hercules as we do NOT have help loading.

Bring any packing to assist in keeping your new purchases safe in transport. We are always limited on packing materials and appreciate your extras.

All items as is, where is. No refunds or exchanges-period. Know before you buy. All items considered used and sold as such.

Be safe, we are not responsible for your excitement in shopping. Have fun, but look out for steps, obstacles, other excited shoppers and any other potential hazard. If you get hurt, a ticket for illegal parking or any other issue in life, we are not liable. HAVE FUN!

At most sales, we post a sign-up sheet the night before or early morning of the sale. This innovative sheet allows you to sign-in early and come back later. We begin lining up according to the order on the sheet about 10 minutes before the sale.

YES, items do get removed at the last minute. Our clients know this is a big NO-NO, yet it still happens. We try and remove these items from any pictures or listings but may not have time. Please understand we DO NOT pre-sell or pull items unless noted on the advertising. Again, unless our clients pulled them last minute all items should be in the sale.
