and commonwealth afore sd yeoman Escept two glass windows viz, The cast Chamber
window and the bed room window which sd Jewett reserved for him Self Sd Jewett
is to have the use and improve ment of the Buildings and Land as fully as if he
had not sold it until the first day of December next in this year one thousand seven
and eighty one at which time he is to resign up possession to the sd
Bointon and immediately quit the Place Leaveing all of the foder cut upon the
