Bay In Newengland for & in Consideration of ye sum
of twelve pounds to me In hand paid by Capt Joseph poor
of Rowley In ye County & state aforesd yeoman do by these
Presents give grant Bargain and confirms to and upon ye Sd Joseph poor
His heirs & assigns In y3 quiet and peaceable possession
Against ye Lafull claims of all persons whatsoever so Long as

in The county of Essex and common wealth of massachusetts yeoman having this
Day Purchesed the Land and Buildings of amos Jewett jnr of Rowley in the County
and commonwealth afore sd yeoman Escept two glass windows viz, The cast Chamber
window and the bed room window which sd Jewett reserved for him Self Sd Jewett
is to have the use and improve ment of the Buildings and Land as fully as if he
had not sold it until the first day of December next in this year one thousand seven
and eighty one at which time he is to resign up possession to the sd
Bointon and immediately quit the Place Leaveing all of the foder cut upon the
Place in the Barn on sd Place except sd Jewett spend it on sd Place before the
sd first day of December haveing full Liberty to cary of the two windows above mentioned with all his personal Estate to the sd Enoch Bointon inv
