All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. It is YOUR responsibility to pre-check the items and verify it to your liking. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637).

Lots close at 15 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots)

Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment MUST be paid within 48 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone.

Pick Up Terms: We will be open Friday and Saturday following the auction and Monday through Wednesday at our location in Vancouver. It is easy to get to but please make appointment to make sure we will be available. We are closed Sunday. If not picked up by Wednesday the item becomes our property to donate or resale.

Mailing: Yes, we can mail most items and cost is generally low so please feel free to ask for costs. We are not set up for shipping larger items. If you need shipping, you must pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you special invoice with shipping charges. There is a $5 handling charge plus shipping cost.

All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. It is YOUR responsibility to pre-check the items and verify it to your liking. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637). Lots close at 15 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment MUST be paid within 48 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone. Pick Up Terms: We will be open Friday and Saturday following the auction and Monday through Wednesday at our location in Vancouver. It is easy to get to but please make appointment to make sure we will be available. We are closed Sunday. If not picked up by Wednesday the item becomes our property to donate or resale. Mailing: Yes, we can mail most items and cost is generally low so please feel free to ask for costs. We are not set up for shipping larger items.
