*Because our homes are filled with goods we ask that no large purses, bags, backpacks or strollers are brought into the sale. If you would like to bring your own shopping bag, we will check it on entering and exiting. *We accept Cash, Credit and Debit. (Credit over $20 Visa, MC and Discover.) *All sales are final and merchandise is sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" with No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. If you would like to purchase an item that you see in our photos, be waiting in line when we open, we are not able to sell ahead of the actual sale opening and we cannot "hold" items until you arrive. * We are unable to provide pricing prior to the sale and due to the busy activities during a sale, we are sometimes unable to provide prices during the sale. If you are interested in a price or an item at the sale, it is best to come directly to the sale. *Large Purchases: The Moving and Loading of Large Items/Furniture are always the Buyers Responsibility. Please bring your own muscle, blankets and rope as needed. All purchased merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the sale unless other arrangements have been made in writing by the business owner. *You are entering all our sales and properties at your own risk, The Great Estate is not responsible for any accidents, liabilities, or claims and we reserve the right to limit entry when deemed necessary. *Children are always welcome but must be supervised at all times. *No public restrooms |
