We have a spectacular sale coming up for you this week! The sale will be held on Friday and Saturday, March 14th & 15th, from 9am-1pm. The sale is in the Arcadia area. This home is over 4200 sq feet with guest houses and outbuildings totaling more than 2000 sq feet. This person was in the home for 40+ years and this house is packed! There is a little bit of everything here from mid-century furniture to vintage clothing, jewelry, linens, glass, china, art and more. You do not want to miss this one!

This is a HUGE sale, with as many items as you might usually find in three houses. There really is a little of everything, so be sure to take a look at the pictures. There is a main house and a banquet room house on this property, as well as an enormous back porch, and all of it is filled to the brim. We have something like 20 six-foot tables crammed with stuff and every available surface covered. We will have a holding area but this is a very spread out property so you will definitely want to bring a box or something to hold your stuff in. We will do our very best to move the line along briskly, so please be patient and let’s all have fun.
 

CAUTION ALERT: There is a pool in the backyard of this property, please use caution at all times. NO CHILDREN will be allowed in the back yard. There are a lot of step-up, step down areas throughout the home and property, as well as a sunken living room. This is not a good sale for anyone with mobility issues. The check-out area is located in the sunken living room. Very sorry.
