We only accept cash and credit cards. All items are sold as is, and all sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. Your are personally responsible to inspect the condition of your purchase. Sometimes items are removed from a sale after they have been photographed and posted by the client, please check the day before the sale updates. Prices are not available before the sale. ORA reserves the right to determine when a pre-sale is appropriate. Purchases must be removed by 2:00 PM on the last day of the sale. Our staff is not available to assist you in moving your purchases, you must bring help, transportation, and moving supplies. We will only honor a list the morning of the sale. ORA is not responsible for accidents or injuries or any items left behind. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and house.Please be respectful of merchandise, this house and their neighbors. This sale is a mix industrial cabinet making machines and a large amounts manual and power tools, wood stains, and lumber. Auction Preview April 15 from 12 PM - 2 PM, April 16th 9-10 AM. Auction April 16, begins at 10:00AM. Bring your own tool, helpers and trucks. Everything must be sold, no reserves, no buyer premium. Dress for the weather (no heat). Payment due immediately following the auction We accept cash. (3% surcharge) all credit card, debit cards. You can take your purchases the day of the auction April 16th or, 12-5 on the 17th. No responsible for injuries, falls, accidents or incidents.
