Important Parking Instructions: The home is inside gated a community. No parking will be allowed within the gated community--as there is none. Customers must park in the large parking lot right outside the gates and walk to the sale. This is a short distance, and the weather should be accommodating.
Do not attempt to follow residents into the community. This is for your safety and theirs. Fail to abide by these rules and we will have to ask you to leave.
Loading furniture will be limited to four people at-a-time.
Further, we will likely limit the number of customers in the home.
