All bids will be considered legal contracts to buy with only highest bid being accepted.  These sealed bid items will sell.  The successful bidder will be expected to “close the deal” with payment IN FULL within 48 hours of notification of the winning bid.  Acceptable methods of payment are Cash and Check ONLY (Check made payable to Chuck’s Auction Service) but the boats/trailers and their titles will remain in possession of the Auction Company until your check clears and funds have been deposited in our account.  NO financing is offered and sale is NOT contingent upon your getting financing.   The purchase price for the boats, trailers, and motor scooter will include a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the successful bid price.
