At April 16th at 8pm est. first lot starts closing, then 30 seconds later next lot starts closing and so on.

This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 8pm, The first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes while other items are closing. This goes for all lots, as long as someone has bid it puts 3 more minutes on the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% Buyers premium will be charged on each purchase and will become part of the purchase amount at settlement. Buyer agrees to these provisions and will pay the applicable buyers premium.
Payment: Payment to be made in full on day of removal. Payment forms accepted: cash, certified check, personal or business check with bank letter of guarantee (if unknown to auction co.) credit cards, 4% convenience fee added to total purchase price, wire transfer ($30.00 added fee for wire transfer)
