Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day. At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots. Removal Day for ALL ITEMS is on Tueday, March 26th and Wednesday, March 27th from 10:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M ONLY: Bidders will have to enter through the main Humbolt Building entrance on 2nd Street South. The GPS location is 750 S. 2nd Street, Minneapolis, MN 55401. There is metered parking available on 2nd Street in front of the building. You will need to pay and park, and then enter through the double doors facing 2nd Street. It is a secured building requiring escorted access staff member will be there to let you in and direct you to the elevators. Please plan accordingly for the proper help and equipment you will need for removal. Again, we will have one elevator reserved specifically for us on removal days, but all bidders will only be able to use the one elevator, so please be prepared to be patient.
