Descriptions of the items are believed to be accurate, but are not guaranteed. It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the bidding on auction items. All measurements and weights are approximates. Jewelry is described by the markings not tested unless other wise stated or requested. There are no Guarentees, Warrenties, Refunds or Exchanges.

Preview times for inspect of items will be scheduled. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the items and for their bids. It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect the items before placing a bid. No sale shall be rejected by the Buyer as a result in not conducting their own inspection prior to placing a bid. It is automatically acknowledged by placing a bid that you have inspected the items either in person, through a third party or waive your right to inspect the item(s). Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items from auction before the conclusion per Estate requests.

Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over any wriiten or advertising. Village Square Auctions, its representatives or the Seller are not responsible for any damage to person or property while on the premises.

Village Square Auctions is the seller's agent, all transactions are between the seller and buyer.

If you are the winning bidder you will be notified with an invoice via email within 24 hours of the close of the auction.

In the event there is a technical difficulty related to the server, software or another online auction-related technology, the Auctioneer reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the Auctioneer nor the online bidding software and service provider shall be held responsible for missed bids or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an item or auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times, preview or pick up times. If changes occur email notifications will be sent to registered bidders as deemed necessary by the Auctioneer.

Any item not picked up at scheduled pickup times will be forfeited with no notice to Buyer unless arrangements have been made with Village Square Aucitons prior to end of pickup time. There will be no refunds or charge-backs for items not picked up.

Village Square Auctions has limited staff present at pickup please bring help with you to load your items and bring equipment, tools or supplies needed to package or remove purchases. Any damage caused by a purchaser or other party during the inspection or removal periods must be made good by purchaser or party causing the damages.

Village Square Auctions does not ship items however we work directly with a local shipper to ship all items won that need to be shipped. After payment we will drop the items off at the shipper who will contact you for the arrangements and shipping payment.

All firearms will be processed by a Federal Arms Dealer to be transferred to the new owner.
