Onsite Terms: Cash, check or debit/credit card on day of auction. A 3% buyer’s premium will be charged with a 3% discount for payment by cash or check. A $10 per gun firearms transfer fee will be charged. All sales are subject to a 7% Indiana sales tax. For checks written in the amount of $1,000 or more, a $500 credit card authorization is required.

Online Bidding: If you cannot make the live auction, please got o www.Proxibid.com/Sohn to bid online. Please view complete online bidding procedures and terms. We will also gladly accept absentee bids and phone bids.

 In accordance with federal law, NO firearms will be released from Vanderburgh Fairgrounds. All firearms will be processed and picked up from Sohn & Associates office located at 12600 N Green River Rd. in Evansville, IN 47725. (Only a very short drive from the auction site). Processing & Pickup will be available the day of the auction and then following the auction Monday through Friday from 8:00am -4:00pm.
