This 1,800 square foot townhome built in 1978 and located in Wilshire Terrace features a nice mix of elegant 1960s, mid-century modern and 1970s furniture along with a variety of home decor, artwork and useful household items. There is also a lovely collection of costume and sterling silver jewelry from the estate. The lady of the house loved butterflies and there are quite a few pieces of jewelry and hair accessories with a butterfly motif. Quality sterling silver jewelry pieces as well, most are from Mexico. The home has sold and the closing is soon after the sale so everything must go! |
