Responsible Bidding:

If you bid, you MUST be available to pick up your purchase on Friday, January 17 between 3 pm and 7 pm or Sat., January 18 between 8 am and 12 noon unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you win an item or items, please wait until you receive an invoice from us and then process your payment in a timely fashion (within 24 hours of the auction's end). Also, please e-mail us at wdale@caringtransitions.net at the close of the auction to tell us whether you'll be picking up your items or if you require shipping. If we have not received payment or heard from you by the end of the day on Tuesday, January 14th we may sell your item(s) to the next highest bidder.

Bidding closes Sunday, January 12th in the afternoon/evening. ENDING TIMES ARE EASTERN TIME ZONE. Please monitor your bidding three hours earlier if you are in Pacific time.

15% buyer's premium will be added to the bid amount. A bid is an agreement to purchase the item(s). You are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s). Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU CAN PICK UP DURING STATED PICKUP TIME OR ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS. Bidding privileges may be suspended if you default on this agreement.

We have made every effort to describe this item as accurately as possible with any defects. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate.

Payment

Please wait for your online invoice to be emailed to you prior to paying, so that we can group multiple wins on one invoice. We accept payment through PayPal. All items must be paid for within 24 hours of the auction's close. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.

Seller accepts PayPal payments. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction's close. Payment must clear PayPal before pick-up.

Pickup Instructions

Pickup is available during the period listed above. After the auction ends, auction winners will receive an invoice from Caring Transitions. You will be asked to make an appointment for pickup, at which time we will provide the exact address. E-mail Wynesta Dale at WDale@CaringTransitions.net to make a pickup appointment, arrange for shipping, or with any questions. Please bring your PayPal receipt with you to claim your merchandise. Buyer must bring enough physical resources to lift, carry, load and transport their purchases. Please do not ask the seller’s employees to help move items. The seller’s worker’s compensation insurance does not cover employees for moving heavy items and furniture.

Shipping

Shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Please let us know before the auction ends if you need shipping services and we'll be happy to put you in touch with our shipper. If shipping is desired, you'll be paying that cost directly to the shipper.
