This is a beautiful large home with a lot of quality furniture (priced as such) as well as household, garage items, tools, fridge, upright freezer, and exercise equipment. Tractor and generator and massage table as well.
Please come with time to spend as there are four floors of treasures. We really want to sell so know we are happy to accept reasonable offers as well as happy to take a bid should an item of interest not sell.
I am sorry that I won't have availability to be by my phone or computer to answer questions regarding prices on each item. We are happy to take credit card if that is of help. If you are driving a long distance for any particular item, please feel free to call 518-928-3979 to make sure it is available. We want everyone to have an enjoyable time and not be disappointed.
All I ask is that we remember to be respectful of this wonderful home and the peoples privacy that own it. There are areas blocked off. No restrooms are available for public use and there are many stairs. Drive way is long so if weather is iffy please use caution. Take drive and stairs at your own risk.
