This sale is a merger of two living estates, the house estate and an estate from a high-rise downtown condo which doesn’t allow on-site sales. The house is now filled with goods from both estates. There are some very unique furniture and décor items which were brought back from years of living in Singapore – original pieces, not tourist-trap items. There are also very fine contemporary items, barely used, from Arhaus Furniture. Nice everyday furniture from Lane, Keller and Ethan Allen. One notable piece is a custom-made queen-sized trundle bed – would be great for a large lake house or AirB&B. There is a pool table, upright freezer and several patio sets. This sale offers a great mix of antiques, collectibles, lightly used and vintage. A heavy collection of crafters supplies is available. There is a broad selection of furniture, wall art, lamps and two very nice large rugs. Large televisions, other electronics and work-out equipment. In this sale you will find vintage toys, newer Derby glasses, Jewel Tea, quality cookware, books, cd’s, dvd’s, an elephant collection, some costume jewelry, collectibles, lots of holiday decor, household goods, garden and garage items, some tools, outdoor, office, family room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, antique sewing machine, fabric pieces, craft items and tons of clean linens. This is a very clean house - non-smokers, no house pets, from either estate.
