From McDonald Dr you will go north on N 73rd Place to enter the
community (Briarwood).
Once inside the community you will go straight, then turn Right on E
Solcito Ln, which then curves to the left. You will then TURN Left on E
Valley Vista Dr. PLEASE WRITE DOWN THE GATE CODE & DIRECTIONS! DO NOT CALL for code or directions! Once we open I will not be able to answer the phone. BE AWARE!
We will not be posting any signs for this sale. PLEASE print out your
directions so you will not have any trouble finding us! This is a gated
community and gate code will be posted on the website the day before
sale. PLEASE WRITE DOWN THE GATE CODE! PLEASE DO NOT CALL FOR GATE CODE! Once we open I will not be able to answer the phone. PLEASE be
respectful of the quiet neighborhood and treat the neighbors with
courtesy, as this client was given special permission by the HOA to have
this sale on the property.
Please
use caution while at this sale as there is a pool in the backyard. No
children will be permitted in the backyard. Not responsible for
accidents.
Our
client for this sale said that her husband never met a piece of teak he
didn't like...and it shows! This house is full of beautifully kept
vintage furniture and newer furniture in the mid-century style.
Everything is stylish, clean and lovely!
