Payment Due: All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the credit card on file. All invoices over $1000 will be immediately charged a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total and must be paid by cash or wire transfer no later than the next business day following the auction.

Payment Methods: We DO NOT accept cash, ONLY Credit cards and Debit Cards, (VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER).

Default Bidders: If payment is NOT received by the pickup deadline, all bids are cancelled and a relisting fee of 5% will be automatically charged to the card on file. By placing a bid you are agreeing to pay the relisting fee. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGEBACKS OR DISPUTES OF THIS CANCELLATION FEE.

A $1.00 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid at this auction. The $1.00 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1.00 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a completely separate transaction. If you do not win any bids there will be no charges against your account.

TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT- 1 Stewy Clearance, LLC Reserves the right to change this agreement during or after the auction, as unforeseen circumstances arise and must be dealt with accordingly. 1 Stewy Clearance, LLC also reserves the right to postpone, extend, or cancel any auction, bid, or items in auction at anytime without prior notice. If a lot is offered subject to a reserve, we may implement such reserve by bidding on behalf of the consignor, whether by opening bidding or continuing bidding in response to other bidders until reaching the reserve. If we have an interest in an offered lot and the proceeds there from other than our commissions, we may bid therefore to protect such interest. CONSIGNORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BID ON THEIR OWN ITEMS. By bidding, you agree that 1 Stewy Clearance, LLC gets the final say so in any disputes that may arise.

Buyer's Premium: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied unless otherwise stated. Buyers in default will have their bidding privileges permanently revoked and will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges.
