This week’s sale is a mechanic’s dream ! Ya wanna restore cars ? Do automotive body work ? Pay pool ? 

Need a project Harley ? It’s all here.  
 
The sale will be held at 122 Nelson Street, in Jones Creek. Nelson is located in The Terrace area of Jones 
Creek. (For us oldies, it’ll always be called Jones Creek Terrace !). If you’re on Hwy 36, you can either turn 
onto Smith Street, or W. Stephen F Austin Road. Nelson Street is between the two.  
We’ll have our signs out to help.
 
Do not block driveways, nor the streets, please. The Marshall’s office has, I’m pretty sure, a supply of 
sharpened pencils, to issue citations….
 
The sale is Friday and Saturday, January 11-12, 9:00a.m.-2:p.m., both days.
 
You will be totally responsible for moving anything from this sale location. Estate Liquidators will NOT provide loaders, 
haulers, nor any pack mules for your purchases. Most of the engine blocks are being sold WITH the engine 
stands/rolling carts that they’re mounted on.
 
There will be NO children allowed in the sale areas. No large backpacks, purses, carriers, etc., either. We’re 
going to try to have some smaller boxes on hand, for your tool/parts carrying.
 
There is also a 2000 Nissan Maxima on the property, 276,000 miles, that is for sale. It is not a “part” of the 
estate sale, we will provide the contact information to interested parties, for purchase. The attorney is also 
holding the keys, and clear titles for the motorcycles.
 
Yes, we accept credit cards, cash, and approved checks. Yes, we charge sales tax. We’re a business. Yes, 
we charge $60.00 for those pesky returned checks. Don’t wanna pay that much ? Write your bad checks 
somewhere else.
 
Large items are priced with two-part tags. If you wish to purchase an item, take ONLY the bottom half of the 
tag, please. That’s what you give to the checker to pay. If you change your mind, please find an EL worker,
(yep, we’re the ones wearing shirts with the company name on them-what a concept !!), and return the tag 
to them, so they can reattach it to the item.
